Princess Frost's third basic attack will transform into three ice cones that deal a total of 180~360 (+36% of magic attack) magic damage.
When Princess Frost uses skills or passively enhanced basic attacks to deal magic damage to the target, it will also apply a chill effect to the target.
Chill effect: Reduces the target's movement speed by 50% and attack speed by 35%, lasts for 2 seconds, and decays over time.
