A level-headed and gifted scholar, Liang was often seen holding an ancient manuscript. As a disciple of the sage Jiang Ziya, he had a talent for manipulating the mysterious souls of language. But though he was proficient in all the languages of the world and even had the ability to communicate with the forces of the world, he didn't know how to connect with people. Treating everything in the world with a distant and rational attitude, he is following his master's orders to bring order to the world with the spirit of words.

Word Spirit Spell

(Passive)

Passive: If the time interval between two consecutive normal attacks or skill damage caused by Zhang Liang to any enemy is less than 1.5 seconds, the interval between these two damages will be regarded as a "continuous attack state".
For every 1.2 seconds of this state accumulated, the enemy will suffer an additional 100 (+50% spell bonus) points of true damage. This damage increases by 10 points per hero level.

Word Spirit Barrier

Zhang Liang summons 4 parallel magic barriers with the Word Spirit Technique. Enemies that touch the barriers will receive 400/450/500/550/600/650 (+75% magic bonus) magic damage, be stunned for 0.75 seconds, and then be slowed by 50% for 0.5 seconds, and then break the barrier. Enemies that touch the barriers repeatedly will suffer 50% less damage and will no longer be stunned, but will be slowed by 50% for 1.25 seconds.

Word Spirit Destiny

Zhang Liang summons a corrosive array with the Word Spirit Technique. The array deals 120/144/168/192/216/240 (+17% spell bonus) points of spell damage to one of the enemies that enters it every 0.5 seconds.
There can be up to 2 arrays at the same time (the array deals an additional 50% damage to minions and monsters). The array is stored once every 12 seconds (affected by the CD reduction attribute), up to 3 times, and each array lasts 5.5 seconds.
Zhang Liang increases his movement speed by 60 points in the array. The array provides vision.

Word Spirit Manipulation

Cooldown: 50/45/40

Zhang Liang uses the Word Spirit Technique to grab an enemy hero for 2.2 seconds, dealing 120/150/180 (+15% spell bonus) spell damage every 0.5 seconds and continuously suppressing the opponent.
After the skill is fully released, a spell area will be generated under the target, dealing 240/300/360 (+30% spell bonus) spell damage and stunning enemies who step into it for 0.75 seconds.

Tips and easy combos to learn

Practice the casting of skill 1 more often. If you can hit the enemy directly, it will be a powerful first-hand control skill. 2. The enemy will still suffer damage and slowdown effect if it hits skill 1 repeatedly. Therefore, laying skill 1 vertically on the enemy's path can achieve better results. In addition, skill 1 can explore the bushes.
You can use your first move ability to seize the enemy's formation mistakes to start a team fight.
